Shipping and Return

Time for item to reach you

The actual time for the item to reach you is Processing time + Shipping time. This is because all our items are made to order. Things can speed up slightly by reducing the processing time if you let us know in advance. This is not guaranteed but in the worse case we will let you know via email and you can decide to continue or get a full refund.

Processing time

Items are processed in-house and may take up to 5 working days. If you need it urgently, please specify in the buyer's note and we will try our best to ship it early although this cannot be guarantee. If we think we cannot make it on the given date using the estimated shipping time, we will contact you to see if you want to proceed or cancel the order. If we do not receive a response from you within 24 hours, we will continue processing your order.

Shipping time

Follow is a table for estimated shipping time to various location. Please note this is only guidelines from our shipper and delay could occur due to postal delay or custom. Do allow sufficient shipping time for postal delay or fall back plan if it didn't reach on time.

We ship from the UK using royal mail. Delivery times are as follow:

Our estimate delivery date is only as good as our shipper gets. We can only control when the item is shipped but not when it will arrive, just like any other online shop.

We do not have tracking code unfortunately unless a tracking service is chosen. 

Lost item

If the item has not arrived 30 working days after the expected delivery date, please let us know. We will check with our shipper and resolve the issue.

Wrong shipping address

If the item is returned to us due to unclaimed and/or incorrect address, YOU will be responsible for the shipping charges again.

Condition for returns

Customised items cannot be refunded and this includes a change of year, age or wordings. Standard ones can still receive a refund. This includes age, or year corresponding to age at year of purchase, of 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70 (e.g. year 1985 is standard if purchased in year 2015), or the default wording in the product listing. If in doubt, contact us and we will let you know if the item is eligible for refund.

Returns can only be accepted if request is made within 30 days of expected delivery date. We can no longer accept returns after that.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging should there be one.

Request for return

If you have met the condition for return, please contact us for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Please provide us the following information:
  • Order number
  • Product for return
  • Reason for return (wrong item, damaged, missing, change of mind etc.)
  • What you want to do (exchange, refund, etc.) 

Return shipment

Once you have the RMA number, you can ship the item back to us using the address provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable, i.e. only the product will be refunded.

If we have sent the wrong item, we may ask you to ship the item back and we will ship you the correct item, both at our cost.

In the case of exchange, you will still be responsible for the shipping charges for us to send you the item, just like you need to pay for petrol travelling to and back from the store. We recommend you make a separate purchase and refund the item to speed things up.

If you are shipping an item over $75 or £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we received the item, we will inspect and email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, refund will be issued directly back to the original method of payment. We CANNOT refund to a different account. It can take a couple of days for the fund to reach your account depending on your bank.
